Cheated bigtime

Hi,

As a future credit card holder, i can claim a discount of 150 for purchases over and above 1500 any number of times in a specified period. But recently when i visited bangalore central for shopping,

They told it can be redeemed once, but when i protested, the store manager came down, and told SHOCKINGLY that this coupon has to be left at billing counter and that when i shop next time i need to go to same counter. I ASKED wht if i wanted to use it anywhere else in india, he told i cannot. I told them that it is pure CHEATING, then he told he cant help. He told that it is not his problem that i cant shop in other CENTRAL stores in INDIA.

I was very angry and didnt bought anything from there. Is this the way to satisfy customer after promising me something? I would like to escalate the matter to FUTURE Group people as to how cruel are this "A FUTURE GROUP IDEA" products and services.
