High charges of maintenance

It is to bring to the kind notice to the people of Delhi about the spreading mall culture and also failure of mall culture in Delhi for the medium and small business.

I own two offices in Aditya Mega Mall in CBD Ground near karkar dooma courts and they charge very high maintenance charges.

Now we are really frustrated by paying very high maintenance charges which comes out to be around 17000 thousand -18 thousand per month

Now.

What WE GET FOR THIS MONEY!

Toilet services and some cleaning and nothing else

1) Uncleaned Toilets

2) No complaints listening like anything

Why government is giving monopoly to the builders for unethical charging of maintenance services They are just filling their pockets They consider it as their income

I want Delhi government to do something for this and also please understand g this way

the mall culture will totally end and also people will invest in all these things

There should be a uniform policy fir all these...
