REDUCING OF LIMIT WITHOUT INFORMATION

Dear All,

This is regarding the complaint for the card # 4023 6845 4940 1004, ICICI has reduced my credi limit from 75, 000 to 16, 000 without any prior notice or infomation because of which i had suffered a lot. I was travelling with my family (Out of station) and when i used my card it shows decline because of what i had to faced lots of problem.

I had never asked for any card from you, but this is from your side you had offered me a Gold card for lifetime free with a limit of 75, 000 .

So, in this regards what compensation will you give to me of suffereing with my family because of you. Why shd a customer face this problem because of your insuffiency. Kindly do needful & reply as it's a pathatic situation.

I need an answer before i shd pay the amout pending.
