Non Delivery of Purchased Furniture

I visited the Future Group Home Town showroom as Ishanya Mall, Pune on 22 Jun and paid for two pieces of furniture. The delivery was scheduled on 29 Jun 08.

The furniture has not been received till date, 15 Jul 08. I have been speaking to these people almost daily and get only excuses.

Can't understand the pathetic response of this huge company.
