Harrassment for Recovery of Personal Loans

Hi!

I have failed to pay my last couple of EMIs due to Family and Home reasons. Now their representative Seema, mentioning herself as the banks legal advisor calls me and insists to pay of the pending amount within 23/09/09. Where in the bank has formally has not sent me any notice etc., she has called all the various seniors of me and created a shameful situation for me. This being an increment period in my company, can affect my carrier, also could lead to loss of my job. I am the only bread winner for family. My father is a heart & B P patient. My Mother has been only an housewife till date. Please help me in this matter at the earliest. I Have the SMSs sent from here warning of the consequences and bring the COPs to my office.
