Future prepaid shopping card
How to get my money back from future pre paid shopping card

On sep 2009 i purchased future prepaid gift card. during the time of purchase they intimated me that i can use it before one year at any time and in specified locations. But yesterday when i went to big bazaar to buy some products they say that they stopped accepting the card and all the money cant be re imbursed.

when i try to contact the customer care center on 1860-200-1234

and mailed them and customerservice@futureprepaidcards.com am not getting any response from them... no reply to mail nor they are not picking up the call.

can anyone tell me how i can procedd furture to get my money back
