Payment debited in e-tickect booking and tickect not generated

Dear sir,

I was booking e-tickect in the internet on 13th Jan. The payment was debited from my HDFC account, but I didnt get my e-ticket booked. I was booking for e-ticket for travelling from Srivilliputtur to chennai egmore. My HDFC acc. No is 07181140027161, Salt lake sec V Kolkata.
