I had given my old Sentro car to Fx Hyundai office in Faridabad in Exchange offer on dated 28th Sep08 with valuing Rs. 1, 119, 000/- and purchased a new one I10 (Kappa) vide Invoice No. H200800617 Dated 30-09-08 from Fx Hyundai Faridabad. Now a year has paased and i get no response from the company, i took the pain to visit the office so many times and meet to Mr. Sunil, but unfortunately I have not received transfer papers as on date. I helplessly walked out the office. Please look into the matter as this Fx Hyundai is not taking any pain for this.
