VEHICLE RUSTY WITHING TWO MONTHS OF PURCHASE

Dear Sir,

I Purchased one FZ S 16 from J.M. Motors Pvt Ltd, Noida, UP. on 23/08 but during 2nd free serviceing i.e. on Sept last week i observed rust on SWING ARM assy. of my bike & the same is reported to your Service Advisor of J.M Motors, but he has not registed my complaint (Not mentioned in job card), after Dipawali my vehicle meet with an minor accident at that time also i informed J.M. Motors Service Advisor for the same and that time also he is not mentioing the same complaint in job card, during 3rd free service again i informed to J.M Motors Service advisor regarding the same & informing him that rust is increasing day by day in my vehicle kind check the same because same is happening due to paint peel off from swing arm assy. & from welding joints due to improper paint spray

But J M Motors advisor is not listening my complaint and ignoring me & my complaint. So, you are nrequested to kindly look up the matter because rust on my vehicle is not acceptable at all within two month of purchase.

Kindly look up the matter otherwise i have to move towards consumer forum.
