Water leacage can damage building

Sir,

I have faceing this problum for almost one and half year. Myself living on ground floor and water leacage is from 2nd floor (top) and the tanent who lived on top is not even listen my problum. My two bathrooms have got sepage and the owner of the flat is also not here me problum. Due to this problum the building also dmaged and some cracks are appeared in the walls. In year 2008 I have complete white wash in my house that is totally a wastage of money and time for my side. Plase take some positive action against them
