Claimed wrongly to provide trained staff

We were looking for maid services and got to know about G5S (http://www.group5services.com) through JustDial. The company mentioned that they have trained professionals available for household work. They charged us Rs. 300 just to meet the candidates and brought in candidates without experience. After evaluating 2 people we decided to go ahead with one person. In about a weeks time we got to know the maid was not trained. She did not know the job well and did not bother to do it either. Apart from lack of professionalism maid was also loud on kids and started taking eatables without our concent. We terminated her work with us but the G5S agency is not ready to accept mistake and refund our money. They also falsly committed that they will get in touch with us for status check, etc. Overall the service was very unprofessional.
