Product Not Delivered even after 2 weeks

I made the order on 26th March, and the payment of 4200/- was confirmed by the gadgetsguru.com staff. The staff was extremely prompt in their responses until the payment was made. Since then, i have been waiting for my order and sent several email queries. All queries are being ignored and customer care guys are being extremely rude and indifferent. This is not a good site for shopping. I seriously regret my decision of going with this site for my order. I am never trusting these stupid indian shopping portals ever again, ebay would have been far better.
