My name is Gagandeep Sharma CEO of Gaganz.Com Limited, Chandigarh your valuable customer from past couple of years, but now I am totally disappointed and harassed customer, I would like to communicate some serious points to you, brief is as follows :

I am got harassed by your customer care people from past one and a half month, since it’s a corporate connection, this is my company main number and my company having a loss of approx 15 lacs (details are follows) due to your bad commitments, now please send any representative to talk to me in my office, so that I can give proof of my loss and convey my problem and loss to a responsible person from your end, because we fed up to talk to your people on phone, now we don’t want to talk on phone..

Till this mail my mobile is not working.

I was on world tour (business tour) started from 1st of Oct I have converted my mobile connection into international rooming, but I cannot used my mobile the countries, brief details are as below

I was in London UK from 1st of Oct to 17th of Oct. your connection was not worked

I was in WDC, USA from 17th to 20th of Oct your connection got failed there

I was in Panama from 20th to 24th of Oct still your phone was not working

I was in Canada from 24th to 6th of Nov. some times it works

Now I am in my home town, still your phone is not working in incoming calls

Very shamefull….

Now, tomorrow I have called a emergency meeting of all board of directors at our office tomorrow, because I am not getting any business response, which I did in all the countries, and we will send you all the details through our Advocate because I am not getting any response from your people.

I am the most disappointed customer, and now we are taking decision to close all the connection by the name of our company, and we want our loss recover from TATA.
