Statements not received in time

I have been regularly informing your staff on phone that i am not receiving my credit card statements in time resulting in you charging late payment fees and also finance charges which are not all acceptable to me. Since it is no fault of mine irefuse to make these payments to you. also pl. note that i will now think of cancelling my smart gold credit card from next month onwards unless you take immediate action. also there is a disputed amount of rs.2358.62 which i have not authorised or signed the slip. so far no action has been taken by you. because of this amount you are charging me late payment fees. if i do not hear from you soon i will cancel my card and return it to you.
