Non-Allotment of Shares

Had applied for 245 shares against IPO of the company-M/s Gammon Infrastructures Projects Limited through Internet site of ICICI and paid a sum of Rs.12, 250/-. I had been informed vide the company Confirmation of Allocation Note cum Notice No. 600870 of Amount Payable dated 27.03.2008 that I have been allotted 245 Partly Paid-up Shares for which total amount payable was Rs. 40, 915/- and I was asked to deposit balance amount of Rs. 28, 665/- by 21.04.2008. I had deposited the balance amount of Rs. 28, 665/- vide Cheque No. 782801 dated 15.04.2008 (drawn on ICICI Bank, Preet Vihar Branch, Delhi) to designated branch of HDFC Bank at KG Marg on 17.04.2008. (Copy of receipt enclosed). As per my bank statement, the cheque has already been debited from my account on 18.04.2008. However, no shares have been allotted to my Demat Account. On enquiry from ICICI Bank, with whom I have Demat Account, I have been informed that I should take up the matter with your office. It is therefore requested that the matter may kindly be looked into and I may be allotted the shares at the earliest. My details are as under:
