Non delivery of the flat

We the flat owners of neelkanth kingdom vidyavihar (W) mumbai, have booked our flats in the aforesaid construction company and have registered documents of the same, we were given the date of flat possession by 03 and have been extorted all the amount from us and yet the construction is only 76% complete and is at stoppage since last six months, their is some internal problems amongst the partners and we are suffering, in spite of request meeting and multiple false promise letters from the builders and false assurance we are now completely exhausted with are tolerance limit and want file a complaint to consumer forum authority and request affirmative action against the firm and demand a compensation for the same
