Invalid/ fake billing on un valid card

Dear All,
This complain is regarding the miscommunication and wrong information provided by your customer care executive of citi bank credit card No. “5546 1982 7834 7004”.
The said card was valid uoto 10/08 (mm/yy).
I paid all of my due on dec’ 08 (except some late payment and interest charges as your customer care executive told me, that will be waived as I was paying the total due.)
I am not using the card from 10/08 as it was invalid from that time. today after 6 months one of your customer care executive call me and told that I have some due against the card and I have to pay it.
It is really shocking that during this period none of your executive call me or mail me regarding this, no bill was send at my billing address and suddenly someone call me and tell me I have some due where I had done all of my payment.
I am really very sorry to say that the way your executive was talking is extremely wrong and he told me to go to your regional office to talk about this.
As I am going outstation so I will not be able to come at your regional office, I don’t have any problem to talk to this issue if you send any of your executive to my office address (as mention below) within 25/05
Kindly take care about this issue and stop providing any sort of misinformation.
Be clear that I am not using any citi bank card and I don’t have any due.
