Dear sir,

We have transferred our gas connection from Basaveshwarnagar to Jayanagar Bangalore during june. Several time we have visited the distributors outlet but for one or the other reasons they have made us to wander here and there. At last on 7/8 we have managed to get the consumer number and booked for a refill as on date but till date we have not received refilled cylinder.

In addition to this they are irresponsible and rude in their behavior while attending customer request please look into the matter immediately and help consumer mass a good service in future please give me feed back.
