GANAPATI UDYOG ALIAS DEBASHIS MISRA
NO DELIVERY OF FLAT

I have made an agrrement with Ganapati Udyog to whom power attorney was given by Sri Debashis Misra, an advocate of Asansol Court and land owner at Asansol, to build and sale flat on his land. As per agreement I have already given 5.5 lakhs rupees out of total agreed amount of 7.5 lakhs for 990 sq.ft of a flat including car space, within 2007. Till date the flat is not fully complete and now the land owner is verbally informing us that the devoloper is a cheater and he himself is facing loss for this and he has already cancell the power of attorney given to the devoloper Ganapati Udyog and he will take the constructed portion on his land and also after getting total account from the devoloper he will refund our deposited amount without any interest. Meanwhile the per sqft rate has gone up to minimum Rs 1200 from Rs 750 at the time 2006.
