Gandhi Courier Ahmednagar
Courier not delivered

I had couriered one document on 25th or 26th Nov to the Borivali (Mumbai) through GANDHI Courier, Ahmednagar. But the courier haven't received. And I dont remember receipt number. I had couriered this documnet to Krishna Muthaye, Borivali (e), Mumbai. I dont know status, whether its returnred back or what. When I called in courier office they are not giving any response. Just asking me about the receipt. I told them other information like Name of the party, date on which i send courier, my name etc. But not got any response from them. Can I have the proper reason why that courier did not reached?
