Lpg gas cylender not delivered

Hi i m ramesh i belong of gandhi gas agency geeta colony consumer no - 27026 . i booked my gas on 7 th march but they can't send cylender. they dont pick booking phone and they sale gas in black to hotels and restorants etc plz help us. and teach a lesson to these black markters.
