Pump stop working within 1 month

We have purhase 2 HP, open well pump, from Aqualift engineers, 405, Avanti Apt., Left Side Bhusari C, Sadashiv Peth, Pune, Maharashtra 411030‎ - 020 66030960‎, in june approx 04/09, from 12.07.09, it suddenly stop working, as per normal procedure we have given complaint to the person (plumber, rajendra sales & service of mortors), who had done the instalation of motor .now this motor is lying with above adress (aqualifft engineers) for repairing purpose, which is still not done.

then what it meaning of company warrantyl or guarantee of 1 year?

so request to you, please get the work done soon from above address & dont lose faith on KIRLOSKAR PUMP.
