Booked gas but not yet recieved

Dear Sir,

I am one of the customer of bharat gas and my consumer number is 81980. I have booked for gas on 12/11 and i was given a booking number as 11651, but still i have not recieved the gas. I asked about the gas to the agent and was said that its booked and the bill is given to the delivery man. When i asked it to the delivery man he says that he has not yet recieved the bill. Now what should i do, i am facing a great problem without gas.

Please do the needfull as soon as posible.
