I went to honda gurgaon to get my activa serviced on 30th-august-10.The person who made my job card gave estimate time of delivery of 6:30pm on the same day, Instead I went to pick my vehicle next day at 4:00pm but shockingly the vehicle was nt serviced so the manager told me to wait in the lounge. After waiting for about 40 minutes I enquired if the work was done but got to know that work did nt even started on my vehicle.then I demanded to get my vehicle as it is. When I talked to the manager he did nt even apologised for his mistake.
