Battery replacement

Sir,

I have purchased Sony Ericcson Mobile- Model W350i from ' poorvikamobile'world' 57, vellalarstreet, Medavakkam Main Road, Adambakkam, Chennai 600088 on 25/10.

within one month from the date of purchase, I faced Camara Problem and I was asked by the dealer, to approach, "garage de telecom" service centre, at Doraisamy Road, T.Nagar Chennai. I have given the mobile to them and after a lapse of 1 month I got it back. When I went there to get back the same on 05/01 I was told by the technicalpeople there, that the battery has bulged and has to be changed. I handed over the batter, after getting a "standby" battery. Till date they have not replace the battery. Whenever I call them they used to tell that "your battery has been sent to the compalny, and the company., i.e., SONY ERICCSON will call you. Last week I contacted them over phone., one lady answered and told that, the batter has come and you can get it after calling us over phone.

To-day., i.e., on 25/02., I contacted them I was told that the information given to me by the lady is wrong and your batter has not come. The company will callyou and inform you when the battery is readty

It is rediculous and heartbraking that such a Big Multinational Company, is not minding the customers complaints. Moreover the servicecentres appointed by you aregiving secondary importance to the faults reported to the mobiles which have warranty.
