Garbage collection MISMANAGED in hutchins road 3rd cross

The garbage collecting van collects garbage at around 7:00 am nowadays. And the lady in trolley comes and collects garbage at around 9:00am.

Due to this the collected garbage is kept in the trolley for the entire day and is always collected the next day.

Please issue a warning to the lady with the trolley as it seems to have an agreement with van guy to come early and collect the previous days garbage and not collect the garbage in time when the lady collects the garbage.

The garbage collection should start with lady in the trolley and then the garbage collecting van to collect the garbage from the trolley.

This is causing a lot of rag pickers and dogs to open these plastic packets and we have all the garbage scattered around.
