Harassment to innocent people (Nexus with illegal information selling company)

I have come across a nexus of Garcia Pizza with some illegal private information providing company with information like persons name cell number etc, after some investigation it is found this illegal personal information in bought by paying some money to some undisclosed company by Garcia, and later on these personal in formations are exploited for Garcia's pizza for business gains.

I strongly protest this misuse of personal data, it should be a punishable offence by law, as in west it a serious non bailable crime. We have to collectively highlight the matter and bring the organizations involved to light in public, so as to prevent this tragic mishaps in future.
