NON DELIVERY OF PARCELS IN TIME

We hope to receive a favorable response from you on this email. This is a SERIOUS matter that needs attention of management and hence I am forced to address to you.

we would like to inform you that we are distributors for a no. of mnc / indian medical equipment companies and are recieving goods through couriers on regular basis. But in recieving the goods/ documents we are facing a lot of problems from your jammu franchise. Inspite of requesting them a no. of times to improve their service nothing has been done till date. we are hereby quoting you the latest docet no. (209072348 dt. 29/10/09) booked from delhi which has not been delivered to us till this time.

we would like you to look into the matter and take up the issue with your jammu branch.
