Dear Sir,

I Sudhir Kotnala bearing the account No. 3302000105026284 and Debit card No.5048843302010005200 in Punjab National Bank, New Tehri, Tehri Garhwal, Uttarakhand, would like to bring to your kind notice that during my attempt to withdraw Rs.5000/- from Bank Of Baroda ATM at Rishikesh, Uttarakhand, the transaction was rejected by the ATM machine but my account has been wrongly debited with Rs. 5000/- even when the transaction has been rejected and myself receiving no cash in return.

Kindly see that this problem is resolved immediately
