Poor Quality

My aunt had gifted me a kurti in June (It had been purchased in February). While trying it out, a certain portion from one of the sleeves tore apart. It is still in brand new condition. I have not even disposed off the tags from the garment. Such poor quality is least expected from a retail store of such good reputation as pantaloons. This could put the reputation of the company at stake. I expect the garment to be replaced at the earliest possible opportunity.
