Slow speed of internet

SUBJECT: SLOW SPEED OF INTERNET ON CONNECTION No. 24565276

Dear Sir/ Madam,

On the subject captioned above, I am submitting the following facts for your consideration and immediate necessary action:-

1. That I have got installed GARUDA FWT (HTT-801) Connection on 18/09 and later I got activated Internet on this connection.

2. That I was assured that this connection will give the speed of 144 KBPS.

3. But always actual internet speed is about 13.6 KBPS which is far far less than the promised speed.

So many times, I have contacted to your customer care, but inspite of my repeated pursuation, net speed is not being improved at all.

But mtnl not taken any action on this problem or necessary action to improve the net speed on this connection please.
