I got garuda internet connection (rs 300 for unlimited)

but the connection brokes very frequently they didnt told me this earlier

now i am fed up of this and want to take some other providers connection but they say they will not return the Rs 650 rejistration charges

i want them to solve the problem or return my whole fee i deposited
