Demand for interest on delay of passing of loan by Tata Motor finance

I have purchased IndigoCS from Garyson Motors Ltd. Ludhiana Branch Moga. They give me delivery in October without passing of loan. The loan amount was 2, 65, 000/- for three years with monthly installment 8900/- only but when the loan was passed it the loan passed was 2, 60, 500/- but the monthly installment was not reduced. Loan manager of garyson motors delayed my case as they forward my case after 2 months and loan payment was delayed due to their negligence. now they are demanding approx 10, 000/- as interest on delayed payment. I have also paid 4500/- which was less amount of loan passed by Tata Motor Finance. Till date they are ready to negotiate on 10, 000/- but there is not any fault from my side though i am paying my installments on time. Kindly suggest me what to do.
