Misused the security cheque by widrawling the amount

Dear Sir,

This is with the reference of Tata Indica Vista purchasec by me on from Garyson Motors Pvt Ltd Ludhiana (ravleen@garysonmotors.com) in Feb there executive Mr Sikander has taken 2 cheques from me as a security becoz i had taken the vehicle on loan, but Mr Sikander has misused the cheque No 118663 amount Rs 34000 widrawn from icici bank & get it cleared indiviually. I was not awared that my money was widrawn from my bank & i had cleared all your dues as the payment details are with the attachment.after sometime when i came to know about my cheque cleared payment then Sikander is giving me false commitment to return it & now he is not picking up the call of mine.
