POOR SERVICE OF GAS AGENCY

Dear Sir,

Our Gas Agencies address is S -33, Janta Markets, Rajouri Garden New Delhi – 27 and telephone No. 65454343, 25105332 but these people never pick up the phone. I tried both the nos. many many days in every month for booking gas but no response. When we gone personally in their Agency then they always said “our phone is OK, see.”

Surprising then you try their nos. on the sport then going bell. We don’t know what is sitting in their phone’s (may be connect their numbers by switch) always switch off when they see anyone try number at there then they are on. I don’t know what I will do. I am totally fed up because every month I am facing all this.

Also, we both are working therefore we are not stay at home in week. Always we receive our gas in weekend. But they are not giving us at Sunday. They said not deliver in Sunday. Is it OK?

Please help me. Give me some solution for all this.
