Delay in new connection

Dear Service provider,

I am resident of Pune. I have registered a request for a new Connection for HP to HP Dealer near to my residence. The registration is done by 3 months back. But while inquiring for the same I get the answer that new connections are not given by the company. But in all other areas of my city a new connection for HP is getting. If you can, please provide me the information about new connection condition. So that I can ask same to dealer and will write the dealers details to you. Hopefully I will be answered on priority basis.
