DEAR SIR, I AM RESIDENT OF KAITHAL (HARYANA) 136027 AND CONSUMER OF NEELAM GAS AGENCY. THE COMPLAINT IS THE DEALER IS NOT PROVIDING THE FACILITY OF HOME DELIEVERY AND PHONE BOOKING. THEY PUT PHONE ON BUSY. THEY BOOK THE REFILL ON 21ST DAY WITHOUT KNOWLEDGE OF CUSTOMER AND SELL TO ANOTHER ONE. ON BOOKING OF CUSTOMER THEY ARE PROVIDING OF BOOKING SLIP OF ANOTHER CUSTOMER. THE SALES MAN DOES NOT PAY BALANCE ON DELIEVERY OF REFILL AND DEMAND OF CHANGE OR NOT PAY THE BALANCE... THE REFILL IS NOT PROVIDING EVEN AFTER 15 DAYS BOOKING... PLEASE PAY YOUR KIND RESPONCE AND OBLIGE.
