Not deliver the gas cylende

Dear Sir,

My consumer No. is 11342, (Bharat Gas) my agency name is M/s Amer Gas agency. Amer, Jaipur

After many reminder by telephon's for gas delivery but we are not yet get the gas cylender after one and half month.

Please do the needful and solve the matter as soon as possible.
