Poor service of Gas agency

I am having a Gas consumer No. 15447 with IOCL and I have been trying my gas agency's tel. no.(Subhalakshmi Gas Agency, Shakurpur, New Delhi (tel No. 22045242, 22412170) for the last one month and the nos. are always engaged. When I try before 9.30 am in the moring the ring is going on and nobody is picking up and in the evening after 5.30 pm the ring is going on and nobody is picking up i.e. between 9.30 am to 5.30 pm. the phone hang up and i am unable to book the gas through telphone. I am trying these nos. from office and my wife is trying these nos. from home. Since I am working in a private firm I am unable to go there personally to book the gas in woring days as well as on Saturdays otherwise I will have to take leave for booking the gas... This shows the poor service of gas agency and not the shortage of gas. Because my neighbours are getting their cylinder from their agencies (Madhu & Roop) after booking of 3/4 days.

I dont know how can I solve this problem. Promt action may please be taken on the same.
