Gas not delivered to House

I am Indane Gas consumer, whenever i book gas, it takes more than a month to get it, when i asked this at the concerned office they tell me to collect it, this is not the first time this has happened, every time i go complaining that i haven't received gas cylinder, the say that there is no staff and ask me to collect it. this is horrible, i am not the only one, everyday i see queues of people with their empty cylinder to collect, i am not sure if this is ever going to solve, and what is the problem the gas agency is having in delivering it to house. please look in to this.
