Delay of delivery

Sir/Madam,

I Akhil kumar resident of Dabri Ext.(East) New Delhi-45, is a consumer of bharat gas agency. My consumer no. is T-35473. I have booked my cylinder ten days ago, when they didn't deliver in time i made an enquiry regarding my booking they refused and said that there is no booking of your cylinder. I want to draw your kind attention on one other problem, not picking the phone, while making an enquiry they say phone is out of order but i saw they put the phone on hold. Please take this matter into your consideration and order them to work properly. Thanking You.
