Improper Behaviour of the executives in Gas agencies, ILL Treatment, Delay... etc!!

Hi,

I am Amit Singh, Resident Of Bangalore. I have faced lots of problem and till date facing lots of problem in getting A New Gas Connection.

The Various Characteristics of the Gas agencies in India is as follows :

1. Improper Behaviour of the executives at the Gas Agencies.

2. ILL Treatment, as if they are sole Owner of the Gas Connection, and we are slaves requesting them for a New Gas Connection.

3. Makes customer to wait for a long time (May be days . around 2-3 Months) for one request of Gas Connection.

4. Even if we have proper documents for Applying for a New Gas Connection, forcing us to pay some extra Bucks, forcing us to Pay for the New out-dated Gas Stove.

Also i have a serious problem which most of my friends face in applying for New Gas Connection.

Most of my friends are in Private Sector, so have to keep Travelling from One Place to Another.

In that case, they are unable to Get the Ration Card Transered to new location at the earliest.

So, i personally request the Present Authority to Make the Process of Getting New Gas Connection Safe and Simple.

I hope My request will be taken into consideration and my comments will be taken serious and steps will be taken to improve the present process, so that customer feel Good of the services.
