Gas cylender delivery problem

Hi

I have gas connecation in Trimurti Gas Agency, Vikas Puri, New Delhi and i have booked a cylender on 08 Aug (Booking No. 2312) but we did not received the cylender till yet after long follow up the booking excutive told as your cylender is already delivered and booked a fresh request (Booking NO. - 3557) on 09 Sep 2009.

I am tried to follow up gas cylender with Trimuti Gas Agaecy, Vikas Puri, New Delhi -110018.
