Delay in Delivery

Dear Sir/Madam

I, Seyed Mohammad Ghazi an Iranian nationality, am doing PhD in physics in pune university. I have booked for supply of Gas Cylinder on 31.10.2008 with NCL Gas distributor, next to National Chemical Lab., NDA Road, Pune for consumer no. 628603 and was informed that the cylinder will be delivered within 1week (i.e. 7 days). Till now nothing has been delivered to us even after 3 times going there and reminding them about the delay. Due to my lab work i am not able to go tho this distributor every day and whenever I inquiry through the phone they simply cut the phone. This is not the first time that it happens. Every time after booking I have to go there and remind them their delay. Hope some responsible officer in HP investigate about this problem and make them to provide better service.
