Delay of gas cylinde

My consumer no (T- 021282) and I am a residence of 7, Bali road New Katra Allahabad pin no- 211002. my mobile no is 9450632949. Triveni gas service (phone no- 0532-2642300) is the distributor for my connection, I booked my gas on dated 02/02/09. but at the present time distributor not delivered gas cylinder. I complain many time, they are not responding any time.

So at the last sorry to being to you notice that there is no responding from them.

some time I measured the cylinder at my own measurement and found the gas short in 3kg. to 5kg. in each cylinder.

Kindly look into matter and ask the distributor to set his system either by fax or email and have some acknowledgment system to over this suction.
