Lack of Double Cylinde

Dear Sir,

My Consumer No. B-17543, SV No. 868800 at M/s. Baghajatin Gas Service, Baroda Avenue, Kol-84.I have applied for double cylinder on the month of early November and my serial No. was 321.But till now I have not received though I have visited the officers there a few times. So, what can I do to overcome the problem?

I request you to look into the matter and stretch your co-operative hands to solve my problem at the earliest.
