This is to inform you that I have transfered the documents from Nanda gas agency saligramam to Sivasankary Gas Agency porur ON 19.08.2009
On 17.09.2009 I rushed to submit all the above documents to sivasankar agency for transfer of my gas agency, while driving I lost all the documents. In the present situatoin I dont know how to get a fresh document for getting regular supply.
KIndly consider my request and take necessary steps for the same.
