Dear sir/madam,

While supplying DBC for the connection no 12336 standing in the books of Sri Laxmi Venkateshwar Gas Agency, Raichur, the sain agency has been charged me Rs 2200/- and issued no receipts towards this effect. On being asked, the agency staff has not replied properly. Moreover the staff members seem that they are involved in the activities like this always. This was brought to the notice of Belagaum Regional office, but action in the matter is still at large. It is there fore I request you to take necessary action and reply suitably as early as possible please.
