No one hear to customer regarding poor services

I have a gas connection of from 'Urja Indane Gas Agency' Bibwewadi Pune. They commited home delivery of the Gas refil at the time of booking. I got deliver many times. My residence is at Dhankawadi, Pune. Now I have booked a gas refil from more than 20 days, visitited their shop many times, always they told, driver had gone with your sleep to refil. But same exceuse next day available. This disturbing attitute is a mental torture for me. I am now helpless and need proper guidance on how to go about all this.
