Bitter experience with GATI Transport

We booked our belonings in Gati for Transporting my hosehold belongings, there were 31 packets. they unload the items and left my house immediately, when I opened the packets, most of them were in damage condition.

I had given a complaint for that (CS22985), but now nobody is ready to listen that. and they are asking me why I have not mentioned anything after receiving the packets, how I would have unpacked all items (31 items) and reported them the damage at the time of delivery (i.e within 5 mins)??

This is the WROST service, what I have got in my life. Before going for GATI, please think about it many times. Or I will suggest you to go for any other service.
